What is included with each event?
Each package includes 2 hours of play, shoe bins, music, and a hand sanitizer station. This also includes delivery, set up, and break down.
What If I need a photographer for my event?
We now offer photography services! Let us help capture every moment on that big day!
What do we do about the sun?
We can install canopies over the entire play area to protect from the sun. This is especially important in the summer months as the equipment can get quite hot under the summer sun. If you prefer not to have canopies we strongly recommend setting up the equipment in a shady area.
How much space is needed?
Our small play area requires a 10'x10' area, and it requires a 12'x12' with a canopy. Our medium play area requires a 12'x12' area, and it requires a 12'x12' with a canopy. Our larger play area requires a 12'x20' area, and it requires 12'x24' with canopies.
Where do you deliver?
Wherever you want! Delivery within the Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter area is free, and any delivery outside of this area will be calculated on a per mile basis.
Where can you set up?
We can set our play area up indoors or outdoors as long as there is adequate space and a flat surface. We will not set up on dirt or sand, wet ground, or ground that would be hazardous, such as sharp rocks.
What is the age limit?
Our toddler soft play area is designed for children ages 4 and under.
